Today you will learn the basics of creating a GTAV server under FiveM in Local.

There is no need for any pre-requisites for a Local creation, just seriousness and concentration!
I. Installing your server
A. Base FX
B. Resourceso start creating your server, you need to go toand download the most recent version.
If you have followed the tutorial correctly, your FX base is ready.
Once done, you must extract the archive in a folder named "FXServer" that you will have created in the root of your hard drive like this : "C: \ FXServer \".
II. Your .cfgNow, you will go toin order to download your "Resources" folder .
Once downloaded, you will put the resources folder in your FXServer folder, like this : "C: \ FXServer \ resources \" .
A. Creation of the .cfg
Go to your FXServer folder and create a text document, then rename the "server.cfg"
Then you add the code below inside :
B. Configuration of the .cfg
This board requires you to be registered and logged-in to view hidden content.
Your server.cfg is now created, now you need a unique key for your server. Go to to create your key.
The IP used for your local server will be your IP, so go to to find it.
Once your key is active, add it to the end of your server.cfg by replacing "changeme" here :
You can also change your server name in the middle of server.cfg here :

# Set your server's hostname
sv_hostname "My new FXServer!"
The name will be the one displayed on FiveM when someone wants to connect to it.
To finish your server.cfg, add the following lines at the very bottom of it :
# Avoid the "couldn't load resource manager"
restart sessionmanager bug
This fixes a bug known for a very long time on GTAV servers.
III. Starting the server
Now that your server is ready to use, you can start it for the first time.
For that you have to open your cmd (windows + R then you type cmd then Enter) .
Then use the following commands :
Your server is now on.
cd C: \ FXServer \ run.cmd + exec server.cfg

In order to please you and to save time during each server start-up, here is a little gift.
Create a text document then rename it to "runserver.bat" , then add the code below inside.
This allows you to make a backup, clean your cache and start your server when you go to open it.

You can now connect to your server using FiveM.
To do this, open FiveM, go to "Setting" then check the "localhost" box and you can connect.
